The Concern “Energomera” JSC is a fast-growing, diversified industrial company, which stably occupies leading positions in different sectors of Russian and world’s market.

The Concern “Energomera” includes 7 high-tech factories in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, two corporate institutes for electrotechnical instrument engineering and electronic materials, as well as the Stavropol largest agricultural enterprise.

The company is successfully integrated into the global economy. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation many times recognized the Concern the "Best exporter of the industry" (in 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009).

Electronic materials and components

Concern “Energomera” believes it's one of the world's largest vertically-integrated manufacturer of high quality synthetic sapphire, which is widely used in production of high-brightness light-emitting diodes, radio frequency integrated circuits and other high-tech optical, semiconductor and electronic applications; Concern also consider to be one of the world's leading manufacturers of metallization pastes for solar cells used in photovoltaic systems. Today the company stably leads these segments of the world’s market and controls about 22% and 15% of the optoelectronic applications sapphire’s market and metallization pastes’ market, respectively, according to the results of 2010.

Two enterprises form the structure of the Electronic materials and components business segment: Monocrystal plant (Stavropol; production of synthetic monocrystalline sapphire and composite pastes) and its subsidiary Belgorod Monocrystal Sapphire plant (Shebekino, Belgorod region, production of synthetic sapphire).

The main product lines of the business segment are as follows:

• Synthetic sapphire for optoelectronic applications
• Composite (metallization) pastes and powders for solar energy (photovoltaic) needs.

Electrotechnical instrument engineering

The Company has made considerable progress on the Russian market of electrical instrumentation and became a recognized leader in the domestic market of instruments and energy consumption control and metering systems by taking a market share of 38% according to the results of 2010. Concern is not going to get satisfied with what has already been achieved and will continue to strengthen its position in the electrotechnical market of Russia and CIS countries.

Four enterprises form the structure of the Electrotechnical Instrument Engineering business segment:

• The Measurement Equipment Factory Energomera (Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol Krai);
• The Electrotechnical Factory Energomera (Stavropol);
• The Kharkov Electrotechnical Factory Energomera (Ukraine);
• The Measurement equipment factory Energomera (Fanipol, the Republic of Belarus);
• Corporate institute of electrotechnical instrument engineering (CIEIE, Stavropol).

The main product lines of the business segment are as follows:

• electricity meters;
• AMR systems;
• service and metrological equipment for meter calibration(verification);
• Low Voltage Products;
• Equipment for electrochemical protection of underground pipelines;
• Telecommunication cabinets;
• Switchboards.

Agricultural production

In the Company the agricultural production is represented by a crop sector. Covern grows cereals and pulse crops (winter wheat, corn, peas), as well as oil-bearing crops (sunflower, winter rape). During three successively years we are the «Third» in the national rating «100 Largest Grain Producers in Russia» (according to the All-Russian Institute of Agrarian Problems and Informatics of the. Russian Agricultural Academy together with the Information and Analytical Centre of the Agricultural sector).

Two agricultural enterprises belongs to the structure of the Agricultural production business segment – Pobeda LLC (Krasnogvardeysky District, Ladovskaya Balka Settlement) and its subsidiary Hleborob LLC (Petrovsky District, Konstantinovskoe Settlement) - located in the Territory of Stavropol Krai. The total area of farmland belonging to the business unit amounts to more than 60 thousand hectares.

Agricultural machinery

The Pyatigorskselmash Factory is the largest domestic producer of the equipment for a poultry industry. Concern “Energomera” JSC takes a leading position in the dynamic growing Russian market. The market share in the segment of incubation equipment amounted to more than 30% and to 20% in the segment of coop equipment according to the results of 2010.

Product range includes the following equipment:

• Coop equipment for poultry growing and breeding (full product line);
• Incubation equipment (industry incubators and small size incubators).
